What is Arcessio and why should I join as a supplier?
Arcessio is an AI-powered manufacturing intelligence and execution platform. Unlike traditional marketplaces that start with an RFQ, Arcessio’s AI agents analyze engineering data first — drawings, CAD, specifications, materials and requirements — to understand how a part should be made and which suppliers are best equipped to make it. For suppliers, that means better-matched opportunities and less time spent analyzing work manually. You also get access to the same manufacturing intelligence for RFQs and engineering files you receive from your own customers, helping your team evaluate opportunities, assess manufacturability and quote faster.
Is Arcessio a bidding system, or do I set my own price?
You set your own price. Arcessio sends you matched RFQs, and you choose which opportunities to pursue and what to quote. Our AI can provide pricing and manufacturing intelligence to help you respond faster, but you control your pricing and the customer selects the supplier.
How does Arcessio match suppliers to opportunities?
Arcessio goes beyond basic category or keyword matching. Our manufacturing intelligence evaluates the requirements of the part and compares them with supplier capabilities such as manufacturing processes, materials, equipment, certifications, location, capacity and quality. The goal is to route each opportunity to suppliers that are technically and commercially well suited to produce it, reducing wasted RFQs for both buyers and manufacturers.
Can I use Arcessio AI for RFQs from my existing customers?
Yes — and this is one of the biggest differences between Arcessio and a traditional marketplace. You can upload CAD files, drawings and RFQs from customers you already work with and use Arcessio’s AI to assess manufacturability, evaluate materials and processes, accelerate quote preparation and support pricing decisions. The opportunity does not need to originate on Arcessio for you to use the intelligence. Your independently sourced customers and business remain yours.
Where is my IP stored? Is my data used to train models?
Your CAD, drawings, parts, and related data remain within your Arcessio workspace. Your data is not used to train general-purpose AI models, is not shared across customer accounts, and is kept isolated and encrypted.
