Bands are set by trailing twelve-month volume and applied forward to new orders only. Nothing is ever repriced retroactively.
A zero balance never blocks marketplace work. Quoting, negotiating and winning on the RFQs we send stays free at any balance. Only work you bring yourself is paused until you top up.
Your monthly allowance rolls forward 90 days, then expires oldest first. Purchased packs expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Whatever expires soonest is always spent first.
Analyses that fail or return nothing usable are refunded automatically. All payments are otherwise non-refundable.
